Conestoga's Talent Hub serves as a comprehensive resource center designed to provide guidance and assistance for career development, employment advice, cooperative education (co-op), and work- integrated learning (WIL). It caters to students, alumni, and individuals from the community, supporting them throughout their career and employment paths.

For businesses and community organizations, the Talent Hub provides a range of services such as mentorship programs, co-op opportunities, job fairs, recruitment assistance, and more. Due to the nature of this space, Conestoga College wanted two mural designs to enhance the space, to inspire, and to create a sense of community.
